This page is the museum’s account of a website it has preserved. It is not by the people who made it, and nothing from the site is republished here.
Bear Paw Flutes sold “Native American Indian Style Flutes And Ocarinas” from bearpawflutes.com. The site is gone.
The museum knows less about this one than about most. Who made the instruments, whether they are living, and whether anything is still being made are all unanswered. What survives is a catalogue and the ordinary apparatus of a small online shop from the early 2000s — which is, for now, the whole of the record.
The Bear Paw ocarina also reached people by another route: it was sold packaged with a palette of modelling paint and a brush, as a thing a child could decorate. The museum holds a copy of that site too, and it has its own page.
Part of this copy is not theirs. The domain lapsed and was refilled with spam — advertisements for football shirts, in Portuguese, dated March 2018 and later. Those pages are in the copy because they were at the address. They are not Bear Paw and are not presented as such.

Rights, and what is published
Nothing.
Nothing is known about who holds the rights, and nobody has been asked. Preserving something and publishing it are different acts, and the museum will do the first without the second.
