This page is the museum’s account of a website it has preserved. It is not by the people who made it, and nothing from the site is republished here.
louisth.selfhost.com was an ocarina site run by someone called Louis, captured about 2,500 times between 2000 and 2006. The museum has a copy.
This is the hardest case among the sites the museum has copied, and it is worth being honest about why. The site was built in Flash. Flash is dead — no browser has run it since 2020 — and the content of a Flash site lives inside compiled .swf files rather than in pages a person can read. So the museum holds a thousand files that look like a preserved website and may not be one.
That is the worst category to be in, because it calls off the search that might have worked. A site everyone knows is lost stays on somebody’s list, and somebody eventually goes looking for a better copy — the author’s own backup, a disc in a drawer. A site recorded as preserved comes off that list, and the better copy is never looked for. Whether anything can be pulled back out of these files is an open question, and until somebody answers it this copy should be treated as a box that has not been opened rather than a rescue.

Rights, and what is published
Nothing from the site is published. Who Louis is, and whether he is contactable, are both unknown. Preserving something and publishing it are different acts, and the museum will do the first without the second.
